“Books are the ladder of human progress.” - Maksim Gorky.
Committed to encouraging a free learning atmosphere and to promote education of the management staff, the TPA Book Club was launched by the CEO Office in the beginning of last year, as a platform for sharing staff’s specialties and ideas. On November 18, we held the 8th TPA Book Club, which has been expanded since June to include the second-line sections such as Auditing, HR, IT, the Financial Depts.
Different from various internal training and professional seminars, TPA Book Club has its own purpose: to shift conventional thinking from the fixed “Know How to Do” working style, to a more flexible style of “Know How”, which leaves more imagination and innovation space for both the lecturer and the audience. The course is full of practical and interesting topics such as product expertise, executive and accounting management, activity based costing, business protocol, life perceptions, and etc.
Teaching benefits teachers as well as students. The principle of TPA Book Club is “Learning Together and Progressing Together!” All the members are free to express their ideas, put forward their questions and suggestions, and share their stories and experience in work and life, especially hot discussions on working methods such as MS Office skills, Mindmap analysis, and industry-relevant English. In TPA Book Club, not only do we see the staff’s willingness to share and learn, but also see the passion for working, ambition for success, and a strong positive TPA learning culture!
Come and join with us! Let’s learn together and progress together!
Since its first opening, TPA Book Club has gained high confirmation and support from all departmental chiefs. More and more members are joining us both in Shenzhen and Dongguan factories. TPA Book Club has developed to a regular learning activity. It fosters a strong learning atmosphere within the Group, and also plays a positive role to strengthen the Group solidarity!
